“Immortal”: K2Rhym and Snoop Dogg
On 9 February 2015, K2Rhym released “Immortal” featuring Snoop Dogg. The official video followed on 20 February and has since passed seven million views.
Made in Los Angeles
The single was put together with DA Entertainment, a Los Angeles production company, which announced in November 2014 that production was complete. Looking back on his path in that announcement, Karim said: “I knew this was the life for me in 2004, when I signed with Universal France and I began seeing my work succeed and progress.”
The start of a long collaboration
“Immortal” was the first of several projects with Snoop Dogg. In 2019 Snoop sang on the charity single “One Love”, and in 2025 he appeared on “All In One”, the official song of the documentary I AM K2, with French Montana, Fat Joe and The Game.
For a rapper from Ksar Said, recording with one of the biggest names in hip-hop history was a milestone. In I AM K2, his friends from the neighbourhood remember their disbelief when they first saw the two together.
